Our business partner, your employer
Our business partner is a Netherlands-based cardboard packaging producer. Having grown and expanded exponentially since its foundation in 1996, they have steadily served the produce industry with their corrugated solutions. As they seem to expand further from a recent international acquisition, they are looking for strong candidates for their team.

What will your tasks be?
Your key role is ensuring accurate and smooth payroll processing for the main company and its subsidiaries, navigating within a complex structure of production companies with a significant workforce. Your expertise will extend to responding to inquiries from both managers and employees, fostering collaborative relationships with the Finance department for annual budgeting. Payroll software systems will be the main support tools in your line of work.

What do we ask for?
This role is ideal for an experienced Payroll Expert with strong interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented approach that will shape the future of payroll administration, playing a crucial role in the company's growth journey.

To be considered, your CV must include:

• An extensive experience in similar roles, showcasing your payroll administration expertise.
• A degree related to administration, finances, payroll or similar is a must.
• Demonstrable skills to work easily with HRIS, ideally with practical knowledge of AFAS.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English for effective communication and seamless payroll administration.
