Where in the organization will you work?

As a Client Solution Design Expert you are part of the Leadership Team of TAPFIN Talent Solutions Netherlands. You will work on national and international RFIs/RFPs together with other experts from implementation, business enablement and operations. You will also work closely with the EMEA team. You also support the Delivery & Innovation Expert in innovating existing programs. In this role you report directly to the NL Brand Leader.

What does the role look like?

As a Client Solution Design Expert you are responsible for the solution design for new national and international clients, support the continuous innovation of existing programs and you are involved in the development of new products and services. Furthermore, your specific activities are:

Solution Design & Delivery:

• Providing subject matter expertise in the development of services and solutions aligned to TAPFIN portfolio and suite of services;
• Responsible for allocated presales activities;
• Responsible for development/evolvement of new products and services;
• Manage all internal stakeholders throughout the design and delivery of a new resourcing solution;
• To contribute/support the Sales team as required including presentations, workshops, events, conferences and exhibitions as required;
• Provide learning and development programmes that support the business strategy and develop employee.

Bid management:

• Document and develop bid content for each solution to support all the bid process
• Work with the bid team to design tailored responses
• Advise on all aspects of the commercials required for each bid.

Innovation:

• ensure that you are always up-to-date on relevant market developments, trends and new products/services
• identifying new customer needs and translating these into new products and services in collaboration with EMEA and global product teams;
• implementing newly developed products and services in RFPs

What are we looking for?

Professional work experience:

• minimum HBO work and thinking level;
• 32-40 hours available;
• 5 years experience within the MSP service operational and/or managerial;
• OR: at least 3 years of experience in an advisory commercial role, eg within: (Business Process) Outsourcing, Business Consultancy or as a bid manager / tender manager.

Technical/functional skills:

• commercial/sales skills; you have a consultative mindset and are able to define customer needs and convert them into a tailor-made solution, you are strong in convincing and negotiating with the customer.
• excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English; you are creative, accurate and able to convert ideas and concepts into a customer proposal, PowerPoint presentation and customer presentation. Ideally you have bid management experience.
• internal and external stakeholder management; you move easily through the different layers of organizations and you know how to get the different stakeholders on board;
• self-starter; you work independently, are very well organized and have excellent time management skills.
