Supply Operations Coordinator

Function

In this role, you’ll take charge of the entire logistics process, focusing on optimizing efficiency, safety, and punctuality. As a proactive problem-solver, you’ll collaborate with various departments and external providers to ensure timely delivery of products and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the incoming and outgoing flow of goods.
• Prepare deliveries for aftercare providers, customers, and assembly departments across different locations.
• Conduct thorough checks on deliveries and report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate and arrange transportation of products.
• Drive continuous improvement of the logistics process.
• Maintain organization in the warehouse and shipping area.
• Maintain accurate records of all movements and manage inventory of consumables.
• Provide manual support for production when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Shipbuilding, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0-5 years of work experience.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Dutch.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and flexible.
