About the role

We are searching for a skilled System Analysis Engineer. In this role you are the technical heart of a product when it is produced. You are in the lead to make the designs more robust, your main stakeholders are the global process owners and the architects. You can carry out an in-depth analysis of component failures, through your input you relieve the quality department. You can perform this analysis both in the factory and on location with several customers and, if necessary, you will be able to start up an 8D.

All this finally leads to structural continual improvements in which you can take the lead.

Key responsibilities

- Design Robustness: Lead initiatives to enhance product designs for increased robustness, collaborating closely with global process owners and architects
- Component Failure Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses of component failures, providing valuable input to relieve the quality department from potential issues. Perform analyses both in the factory and on location with customers
- 8D Initiatives: Initiate and lead 8D (Eight Disciplines) problem-solving methodologies when necessary, addressing and resolving issues systematically
- Continual Improvements: Drive structural and continual improvements based on analysis insights. Take the lead in implementing measures that enhance overall product quality and reliability.
