Context of the position

The Supply Chain Analyst is part of the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Excellence - Business Analytics team. This team supports the Planning organization and business in improving performance and decision making. The team supports operational excellence by securing a trusted data/reporting framework, developing new insights through analysis, enhancing expertise in planning and optimization, as well as by maintenance and improvement of business applications.

The Supply Chain Analyst & Application Expert works very closely with planners in the business line planning teams and plays an important role in structuring the vast amount of data we use and generate -into relevant, value adding information for business. In this role, you will help secure data quality and continuity within changing environment (processes and enterprise); ensure design and maintenance of data provisioning to support business with analysis and reporting. You will perform data and process analysis to support better decision-making. In collaboration with your stakeholders, you will create management reports that provide insights in KPIs, trends and forecasts. In collaboration with business key-users, you will develop and implement solutions (e.g., business applications, enhancements, process improvements) for the challenges we face. You will maintain the business applications/reports in your area of expertise; manage associated incidents and changes.

The responsibilities of Supply Chain Analyst & Application Expert will include:

- Assess with stakeholders the areas for improvement; collect business requirements for application/reporting/analysis support.

- Design and implement data repository to enable business analytics and performance measurement.

- Support business with reporting, analysis, and improvement proposals.

- Analyze, specify and implement business applications, enhancements and process improvements in partnership with business key-users and other IT team members.

- Support and maintain business managed applications relevant to your expertise; perform troubleshooting of incidents, and manage process changes.

- Contribute to projects and provide guidance/training to business users in your areas of technical expertise.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

| Your Education

MSc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Information Management, Statistics or similar

- 3-7 years relevant work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management context.

- Expert in data analysis, reporting, performance measurement

- Expert in VBA (developing/maintaining Excel/Access based planning applications)

- Expert in developing reports (Spotfire)

- Expert in SQL

- Familiar with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power automate)

- Familiar with SAP ECC
