EV Charging - Technical Account Manager

What is the Challenge?

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers and prospects will be supported and challenged when it comes to their technical needs. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and offer solutions that meet those needs. As you cannot solve everything yourself you will be responsible for translating these requirements to the different technical teams.

You will be the customers' primary technical point of contact throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop technical expertise in EV charging products and services,
  • Provide technical support to customer service and customers during the onboarding process,
  • Respond to technical inquiries (e.g., tenders) and provide solutions to customer problems,
  • Manage the technical aspects of the sales process, including product configuration and integration,
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers,
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to the EV charging development team.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

  • >3 years of working experience, preferably in working with internal or external customers.

  • You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable engaging with the marketplace.

  • You understand multiple disciplines on a conceptual level (mechanics, hardware & software).

  • You keep the overview of priorities, technical dependencies, and product requirements.

  • You can keep up in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
