About the role

The Production Quality Engineer plays a crucial role in our organization. As a central figure in our manufacturing departments, you bring awareness and fresh perspectives, acting as the voice of the customer and championing quality standards.

You play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement in our daily management practices. By pinpointing key areas within the manufacturing department, you pave the way for optimizing the entire factory's performance. Your insights contribute to both product and process design enhancements, and you lead initiatives such as root cause analysis and improvement programs. Your support empowers Process & Manufacturing Engineers and project Quality Engineers to elevate the quality of our products and production processes across the board. In all of these endeavors, your critical thinking and collaborative approach make you a valued problem solver and advocate for excellence.

Key responsibilities

Quality Monitoring: Overseeing production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Performance Analysis: Examining test yields, scrap rates, and Cost of Poor Quality to maintain efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Gathering feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
Project Leadership: Leading improvement projects to enhance manufacturing quality and performance.
Progress Tracking: Monitoring the advancement of improvement initiatives and ensuring they stay on track.
Effectiveness Verification: Assessing the impact of implemented changes using statistical data and analysis.
