This company is specialized in renting and leasing tank containers for the transportation of liquids and gases. They have about 550 employees working for them spread across 24 countries worldwide. They offer a wide range of tank container solutions for various industries, including chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas sectors. They focuses on providing high-quality containers and customer-centric services to meet the needs of their clients in the global logistics chain. The current Data team currently consists of 6 people: a Data Science Manager, 2 Data Scientists, 2 Data Engineers, and 1 Data Analyst. Despite being a big multinational they still maintain an informal working environment. Everyone here is very approachable and friendly.

Functie

As a Senior Data Engineer, you’ll lead the data initiatives, ensuring optimized architecture and efficient data pipelines. You’ll focus on projects like enhancing the tank container distribution system through scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and maintaining data integrity. Working together closely with the Data Scientists and Data Analysts, you’ll prepare data for advanced modeling and making sure it’s accessible and reliable. Your involvement in meetings will ensure data availability for making quick decisions. As the Senior Data Engineer you also will be responsible for guiding and assisting the 2 other Data Engineers on a day to day base.

Eisen

- Bachelor or Master education.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a relatable job.
- Knowledge of working with Python, Azure, SQL, ETL & PowerBI.
- You must be fluent in English
- Having your own car is a benefit

Aanbod

- Salary: up to €6.000,- gross per month depending on your experience
- 40 hours per week, but 32-36 is negotiable
