who are you

As an forklift driver you'll be working with large wooden products at Deli Home in Gorinchem, you understand the importance of adhering to safety regulations. Additionally, you can work well under time pressure.

• You have a valid forklift certificate;
• You have your own transportation;
• You speak English, including good reading and writing skills.

what will you do

As a forklift driver at Deli Home in Gorinchem, you'll work at the loading dock. Your task will be to load the products into the trucks as neatly and efficiently as possible. These trucks will then deliver the products to customers, such as Praxis or Karwei!

• Loading and unloading containers independently;
• Working safely under time pressure as a forklift driver;
• Collecting and processing orders from the warehouse using scanners;
• Communicating frequently with colleagues via walkie-talkie;
• Assisting colleagues with other logistical tasks.

Deli Home is a major wood specialist. They are a supplier to large, well-known hardware stores such as Praxis and Karwei. They supply laminate, wooden beams, stairs, storage boxes, etc. As a forklift driver, you'll become part of a close-knit team.
