As a Mechanic ETO you are involved in the independent preparation, assembly and assembly of battery systems in the workshop. You do this according to the latest version of engineering documents and on the basis of the drawn up work instructions and TWI program. You carry out (final) quality checks with regard to the battery systems (based on the 4-eyes principle). You then deliver the assembled and approved systems to the Test Engineers. You then finish the battery systems based on feedback from the Test Engineers. You report on the assembly progress to Foreman Production ETO and/or Team Lead Production ETO and identify bottlenecks, which you solve yourself after approval. You will indicate practical improvements to the battery system design to the Engineering team. In a more senior role, your degree and quality of feedback, advice and proactive signaling of process improvement increases and you specify requirements for engineering.

Junior Mechanic ETO: MBO-2 or higher in (electrical) engineering
MBO-2 level · 0-1 year in (electrical) technical production environment
· Engages in serial assembly
·Performs the tasks mentioned in the job content, under the supervision of Mechanic ETO or Senior Mechanic ETO.
· Do not make any adjustments to the product or drawings without the intervention of a Sr. mechanic or team lead.

Medior Mechanic ETO;
MBO-3 or higher in (electrical) engineering
· 1-2 years in (electrical) technical production environment
· Engages in serial assembly and provides assistance with prototypes
· Being able to independently carry out the tasks stated in the job content
· Able to carry out quality checks according to the 4-eyes principle

Senior Mechanic ETO:
MBO 3-4 in electrical engineering
· >3 years of experience in an electrical production environment
· Able to independently perform prototype assembly
· You are able to guide and train Junior Mechanics and Medior Mechanics
· Carrying out additional quality checks for abnormalities and product release
· You are able to carry out final quality checks (for both series and prototype).
· You are able to register deviations from the prototype design during assembly of the prototype
· You can solve bottlenecks yourself during assembly of the prototype or report them to Engineering
· You provide feedback, based on your own registration, on the engineering documents after the prototype during the engineering review
· You are able to provide advice on design and installed batteries to the Test Engineers
· You are able to continuously propose improvements with regard to the process and quality within the ETO production department
