We are seeking a friendly and talented bilingual individual to join our team as a barista and waiter/waitress. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Dutch, have a passion serving and interacting with customers, and possess excellent communication skills.

You would be working part time with 2 other enthusiastic and friendly part-time waiters in our new cosy cafe/restaurant in the center of Haarlem!

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, cappuccino and black coffee etc.
• Provide customer service to guests in both English and Dutch, taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations as needed
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment and POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cafe/ terras including cleaning tables and counters

Requirements:
• Fluency in both English and Dutch
• Previous experience as a barista and/or waiter/waitress preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso preparation, and drink recipes
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Able to work full time
• Availability to work 5-6 days a week
