To continuously improve our clients processes at the location in order to reach best in class level of LEAN Manufacturing knowledge and application and to optimize costs in line with saving targets

Description

Individual accountabilities

• Leading VSM analysis and supporting Plant Manager with monitoring and execution
• Contribution to definition of actions to improve Ergonomy/Quality/Delivery/Cost/Productivity based on the priorities coming from VSM (future state) vision
• Monitoring and assuring savings targets allocated to location within selected area (regular update of projects in Saving Platform)
• Initiating and leading LEAN workshops (productivity improvement) onsite and partially remote
• Build Continues Improvement culture and mindset
• Steering and coaching local project groups
• Facilitating and promoting improvement ideas generation on site

Shared accountabilities

• Define the requirements and assess locations adherence Production System
• Agree, collect and track necessary data on production performance

Gevraagd

* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (technical, engineering)
* Knowledge of Continuous Improvement approach
* Knowledge of LEAN production principles and methods.
* Ability to facilitate the LEAN events/workshops
* Good communication in English & local language
* Technical background
* Experienced in leading projects
* Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
* Data driven, predictable, disciplined and structured approach
