Who you are

Do you already have some experience within logistics or production? Do you also have management experience? Do you know how to motivate a team? Do you know how to keep an overview? Then you are the Assistant Supervisor we are looking for.

Furthermore, you have the following qualities:

• You have experience managing a small team;
• You have experience with ERP systems, experience with SAP is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and Excel is a must;
• You have a good command of the English language both verbally and in writing;
• You are willing to replace the Supervisor in case of absence.

What will you do

As Assistant Supervisor, you will manage a team of about 25 people. You make sure that the tasks are well divided. also, you ensure that they are also well executed. You are the point of contact for your team! It is important that you motivate the team!

You will also perform the following tasks:

• You will coordinate the daily activities;
• You will monitor the quality of the team and make improvements where necessary;
• You will advise the Supervisor on planning and performance reviews;
• You participate in improvement projects;
• You bring a positive energy to the team.
