Are you ready to play an essential role in an expanding and dynamic company? RedCare Pharmacy is looking for a Team Lead for the HR Service Team who will guide, professionalize, and inspire our team to achieve excellence in all our services. About the role
You play a crucial role in formulating and implementing KPIs aimed at achieving excellence, with a special focus on "first time right".
• You lead and develop our HR Service team, building a performance framework that elevates the quality, quantity, and reliability of the department's output to a higher level.
• Operationally, you guide the team in terms of task allocation, workforce planning, and knowledge retention, contributing to the development of your employees both personally and professionally.
• With your extensive experience and expertise, you can initiate and guide various projects, allowing our organization to continually improve.

About you
We're curious about who you are and what talents you bring to the team. To be successful in this challenging role, we're looking for a leader with proven experience in an HR Service environment. Your passion for HR and your ability to motivate and develop teams make you the perfect candidate for this role.
• You have profound knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations
• You have a demonstrable Bachelor level in working and thinking, with several years of experience in leading a team.
• You have excellent Dutch and English skills, and since many of our colleagues are German, you also have knowledge of the German language. Additionally, if you have experience with the Workday program, that would be a significant advantage.
• You are available full-time (36-40 hours per week)
