For the Customer Satisfaction & Quality division of our client in Helmond, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer Manufacturing. Manpower is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer Manufacturing for a company based in Helmond.

In this fulltime function, you take any necessary actions to make sure that a product or service will satisfy customer requirements and is the driving force in implementing continuous quality improvement. To accomplish this, you will:

• Identify non-quality factors continuously, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement
• Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive
• Plan and take any necessary actions to provide adequate confidence/evidence that a product or service will satisfy given contractual/explicit customer
• Ensure that the Process Control Plan is applied and consistent with Failure Mode Effect Analysis (Challenge supervisors to identify and manage risks in a preventive mode)
• Lead Process Audits and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis
• Create and maintain quality control documentation, insure related training and application in the sector
• Manage derogations
• Lead continuous improvement on its perimeter
• Lead containment actions, root cause analysis of quality issue and problem solving on his sector
• Be a member of the Short Interval Management of the production lines
• Be the local expert of the assembled products in the sector

Gevraagd

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable in quality improvement tools, techniques & models
• Knowledgeable in statistical quality techniques and analysis
• Digital acumen

Next to this, you possess one (or more) of the following: Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001, focus on Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance, Root Cause Analysis skills.
