As the Staff Accountant you carry the overall responsibility for supervising the recording of incoming and outgoing transactions in various European company's offices in harmony with other Finance team members. 

• Making sure that all incoming internal and external invoices and bank transactions are processed correctly in EXACT system
• Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the monthly cashflow
• Responsible for month closing and prepare the monthly reports (as requested by Corporate Headquarters in Hong Kong)
• Proper monitoring of monthly VAT recordings and generating VAT Tax report to the local authorities
• Back-up bank entries during holidays for other colleagues in other offices
• Financial and tax audit support
• Other projects assistance as requested by Manager Accounting and/or Finance Manager

For an international organization in Hoevelaken we are looking for a reliable accounting professional for 32-40 hours a week. This medical organization, headquartered in Hong Kong, is working hard on cardiological innovative developments.

Gevraagd

• You have a hbo finance diploma (BE)
• Minimum of three to five years accounting experience
• Experience with SAP online and Exact Globe is a must
• Experience in a production company is a plus
• Knowledge of IFRS (for group consolidation) and local gap is a plus
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in text
• Able to work independently and to complete multiple tasks within established deadlines
• Due dilligent, reliable, resilient to stress and accomplishment-driven
• Optimistic, pro-active, and you adapt easily to new environments
• Fluent in English, written and oral (knowledge of Dutch is not necessary)
• Residing in the Netherlands
