Position Summary:
Join our client’s dynamic team as a Distribution Specialist, playing a vital role in managing and maintaining GMP/Non-GMP warehouses and inventory systems in the field of cancer immunotherapy. As part of the Supply Chain – Distribution team, you will oversee warehouse operations to ensure seamless manufacturing, quality, and delivery operations.

Responsibilities:
–Lead warehouse management operations to support production and internal customers, ensuring timely supply of materials.
-Receive and handle incoming shipments, adhering to established procedures.
-Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to optimize replenishment.
-Collaborate with warehouse operations team to address inventory discrepancies and escalate when necessary.
-Conduct training sessions and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for departmental processes.
-Adhere to safety protocols, including Manual Material Decontamination and cleanroom practices.

Requirements:
-Minimum MBO/HBO level education in science, engineering, or facilities.
-1+ years of experience preferably in a pharmaceutical facility, with expertise in Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain.
-Proficiency in warehouse operations in both GMP and non-GMP settings.
-Preferred experience in cold chain management within pharmaceutical or medical environments.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
-Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, and availability for second-shift and on-call duties.
