Do you want to start your career in an international and friendly environment? Then we would love to speak to you! Our client, leader of the import and export of Asian and African food products is looking for a Dutch speaking Sales Support professional to join the sales department and support the growth of the organisation.

Your responsibility will include:

• Handle phone calls and enquiries of colleagues, drivers, carriers and clients and redirect questions to the right person when needed
• Supporting with administrative tasks in the sales department; updating customer information and processing complaints
• Maintaining high level of customer service and problem solution
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be needed

About you:

You are an outgoing person with great communication skills and customer oriented nature. You are skilled in working efficiently and precisely prioritising tasks and eager to learn more. Benefits such as travel allowance, working from home allowance, pension and company bonus depending on performance is on offer with this client. Please note that the role will start on a temporary basis with the option for a permanent contract afterwards.

Profile:

• Required to be fluent in Dutch (C2-level) and English (C1-level or higher), both written and spoken. German is a plus!
• Previous experience in customer service / back-office is beneficial
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Available to start on-site in Kampen for 32-40h per week
