Our client, leader of the import and export of Asian, African and Indian food products is looking for a German, Dutch and English speaker professional to join the sales department and help with the growth of the organisation. Please note that the role will start on a 6 month temporary basis with the option for a permanent contract afterwards.

Your responsibility will include:

• Support the sales team daily and help them with their enquires
• Handle phone calls from internal and external stakeholders
• Making sure that customer`s details are up-to date in the system
• Other ad hoc tasks

About you:

You are highly motivated, take full ownership of the role and have an excellent ability to communicate with people. You ideally have experience in both front and back-office. You know how to communicate effectively in Dutch, German and English. Profile:

• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1-C2 level) is a must, same level of German (or willing to reach it) is an asset
• Previous experience in a customer facing and/or back-office role is desirable
• You are available to start as soon as possible on-site
• A completed (secretarial) MBO is desirable
