Role Description
As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for maintain the production output as documented in the master production schedule or shipment schedule, confirming the safety, GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities
– Supports the introduction of New Products/Equipment.
– Identifies documentation affected (SOP’s and Work Instructions.
– Leads a Team as part of the End-to-End production.
– Leads investigations and deviations if needed, as well as ensuring the documentation is done.
–  Identifies improvement options for the processes and equipment.

Requirements
– Experienced in Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Biotech company.
– Computer skills in relation to usage to automation software such as Excel, Windows, ERP software.
– Business/financial acumen, six sigma and process excellence tools/methodologies are plus.
– Performs on pre-determined schedule level checks to ensure quality and reliability
