As a Foreman packaging and or melting shop, you will be the first point of contact for all production activities in your department and you will have the opportunity to manage a small team. You are responsible for your own team on the shop floor and ensure the best results by instructing, coaching and motivating your employees. You make an important contribution to a beautiful product by making sure all processes run smoothly. A minor technical malfunction? That's no problem for you. In this role, you are the liaison between the production process and the team leader. You work in coordination with the team leader and colleague in a 2-shift operation, with at least one supervisor present during the entire production time.

At the beautiful new work location in Lopik, we will produce and package melting and smoked cheese in various flavors and packaging forms using traditional methods. Our products are supplied to industrial processors, importers and to traders all over the world.

• You are a good planner and organizer; you are responsible for planning and arrange raw materials and logistics. 
• You can communicate well, work together and you enjoy managing a small team.
• You like to achieve the best results in a team.
• You have experience working in a production environment.
• You stand firm as an enforcer of hygiene and safety rules on the work floor.
• You have MBO working and thinking level.
• You have experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with an ERP system (M3).
