Who you are

As a production employee, you are eager to learn and grow within the company. Furthermore, it is important that:

• You want to work in 5 shifts!
• You have your own transportation to get to Nijverdal.
• Mastering the Dutch or English language for safety reasons.

What will you do

Hey production employee! Let me take you through what you will be doing at this top company. You will be making grass. Yes real grass! Well, fake of course, artificial grass. The process starts with different plastic balls. These are melted down by a machine. Another machine makes long strands of the melted plastic. Finally, the threads are twisted, creating the effect of artificial grass. Now it's your turn, because you are going to cut these twisted threads and tie them together. Then you refill the machine so that the process can continue. What's important when refilling the machine is that you use the right color code. And also, you keep an eye on the machines so that no problems arise. Before you know it, your shift is over. Too bad huh! But no worries, because you work 6 days in a row and then go enjoy a long weekend. Namely 4 days! Woohooee! This is because as a production employee you work 5 shifts. Your working hours are from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:30 and from 22:30 to 06:00. Nice and varied!
