Are you ready for a new challenge as an All-round Operator? A company in Roermond is looking for motivated operators who are stress-resistant and enjoy contributing to production. As an All-round Operator you are responsible for the qualitative and efficient execution of every start-up and changeover of the lines within all halls.

You are responsible for the optimal running of the production lines in a team, where compliance with rules regarding order and cleanliness in the production process is of great importance. In addition, preparing and adjusting machines, carrying out start-ups and changes in consultation with the (assistant) team management, and independently cleaning and rinsing all machines are part of your duties. Close contact with managers and colleagues to be able to respond quickly is essential.

Wat vragen wij van je

• You have an MBO thinking and working level, with a practical attitude.
• Relevant work experience as an Operator in the food industry is a plus.
• You are flexible, accurate, assertive and can work independently.
• You can handle crowds well and always maintain an overview.
• Collaboration is in your DNA and you like to take responsibility.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language is required, knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in both 3 and 4 shifts.
