Location: Rotterdam / The Hague
Languages: Mandarin, English, and Dutch (mandatory)
Work Hours: 3-5 days per week, partially remote and partially office-based
Job Description: CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is seeking an ambitious, hardworking starter to join our rapidly growing organization. We are looking for a colleague who is meticulous and enjoys supporting various areas of our operations.
Responsibilities:

• Checking and eventually managing logistics processes, including the import of sea containers from Asia and distribution across our stores in Europe.
• Assisting in maintaining both logistical and financial records.
• Taking minutes during meetings and handling requests from management.
• Compiling reports for the stores.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Dutch.
• Logistics experience is preferred but not required.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible and proactive.
