Logistic specialist junior; you work in a job with various tasks, combining administrative and communication tasks. Air and See freight have your attention. You will maintain contact with clients all over the world and help them with their logistic challenges. Proactively advising your customers is a daily task. In order to achieve high customer satisfaction you will collaborate with other departments as well, just to get things done. An accurate administration is also important. You will take care of the correct administration during the whole logistic process; all the forms needed are filed, meeting SLA’s, etc.. Thinking along is stimulated in this organisation; sharing your ideas of process improvements will be encouraged!

Logistic specialist junior: experience is not important. However mentality is: ‘Make it happen!’ That is what you stand for! You have a Bachelor working and thinking level and you are curious/ eager to learn about the profession Logistics. You have excellent communication skills in English language. Dutch is preferable, not required. Also you are very accurate and have excelllent administrative skills as well. Because of your problem solving mentality, communication skills and accuracy, you are able to make it happen and ofcourse make every customer satisfied. Keywords are: customer friendly, proactive, computer literal, accurate, communicative and eager to learn.

As a logistic specialist junior you are going to learn all about the profession in a really dynamic environment. In this no nonsense culture, learning by doing is the main mode of development. You will get a lot of support from your colleagues as well, who are very helpfull. Also you will attend trainings and e-learnings on a regular basis, just to stay updated. Salary indication amounts E 2.500,-- to E 2.700,-- gross a month, based on a 40 hours workweek. Partly work from home is also common. You will get a permanent contract (1 year) with the organisation.
