As we continue to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic and responsible team players to join our finance team. The Finance team is located in our Head office in Venlo, close to the German border in the Netherlands.
About the role

• You will be responsible for processing incoming invoices (e.g. scanning, assigning and booking accounts)
• You will provide reconciliation and clarification of accounts
• You assist in handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• You are the first point of contact for suppliers and vendors regarding invoices, balance confirmations, advice on due payments and payment reminders
• You are responsible for all administrative tasks related to the Accounts Payable process: adding new bank details of vendors and reviewing and updating supplier ledger account
• You provide assistance during accountancy audits
• You are responsible for the correct execution of outgoing payments towards suppliers and vendors

About you
You possess a genuine passion and eagerness for working with numbers.

• You have an education in financial administration and/or you have relevant experience in accounting
• You are punctual and precise, in other words, accurate and attentive do detail
• You have affinity with automation systems and Microsoft office
• You have good language and communication skills in English both verbally and written, German skills would be an advantage
• You are a team player, work with a focus on results and like to take responsibility for change

For this position a work permit for the Netherlands is required.
