We are looking for a candidate to join a friendly family-owned company who enjoys leading a team while also being hands-on. As a working foreman, you will be out in the field every day with your team, ensuring all greenhouses are cleaned thoroughly. If you enjoy staying active and dislike being idle, then read on!

Functie

As a working foreman, you are responsible for cleaning both the inside and outside of the greenhouse. You won't be doing this alone, but rather with a team of two to three colleagues. Together, you ensure that everything is thoroughly tackled. Every morning around six-thirty, you are expected at the location (earlier on warm days so you can finish earlier) to depart together for the job. Waking up early is therefore not a problem for you. Once you arrive, you delegate tasks to the team, assess where priorities lie, and supervise the quality to ensure that each task is carried out to the customer's expectations. Of course, you also lend a hand in this process, getting into action and hopping onto the electric cart to thoroughly clean the greenhouse with a high-pressure sprayer. Your workday ends around three o'clock in the afternoon. Together, you load the bus again, then drive back to Steenbergen, discussing the day along the way. Once back at the location, you unload the bus together and prepare it for the next day. With a sense of satisfaction, you head home.
