The Invoice Inspection team is part of the accounting department (headquarters in Munich) and supports the fast-growing business with the review and release of supplier & transportation invoices.

Description

• Invoice inspection of transportation invoices
• Review incoming invoices of our regular and container suppliers from all over the world
• Initiate a claim/complaint in case of differences identified between invoice and delivery note (i.e. price differences, shortages, damaged articles)
• Direct contact with our English-speaking suppliers
• Support central teams with month end close as well as data input and analysis

Gevraagd

* Completed degree (MBO), preferably in Finance or Business related
* Strong numeracy skills and a precise, pro-active work style
* Strength in communications
* Experience with MS office
* Good written and spoken English as well as Dutch is a must
* Ideally 1-2 years relevant working experience in similar position
