What You'll Do

Share the sneaker spirit as a shop manager at Courir in Utrecht. Put us on the fashion map of the Netherlands. With a team of 8 to 15 employees, you have the freedom to expand our shop. Positions where you excel on the field include:

• Motivating Sneaker Coach: Guide a young and ambitious team in their personal development and growth.
• Energetic Manager: Driving force behind achieving sales goals and KPIs, implementing strategies for success.
• Entrepreneur: Run your shop as if it were your own, handling daily operational tasks like team planning, following procedures, stock management, and overall store cleanliness.
• Servant Leader: Stand side by side with your team, be transparent, reliable, and proactively think about solutions.
• Inspirational Role Model: Spend most of your time in the shop, empowering your team and providing customers with the best customer experience.
