In the position of Store Manager you are responsible for all store operations. The clients are well-informed and often come with specific goals from across the entire region. Your main tasks include: 

• Coaching, training, and directing the team. Personal attention is key;
• Providing premium customer service and maintaining a good appearance of the store;
• Analyzing KPIs, and anticipating and directing accordingly;
• Assisting on the floor; welcoming and advising customers;
• Working on special projects which involve growth and staying on top of other market trends.

Gevraagd

The Store Manager we are looking for: 

• Experience in a management position within the hospitality or retail industry;
• Possess fluency in English, Dutch is preferred but not mandatory;
• Have a proven track record as a skilled people manager and leader;
• Demonstrate robust administrative and communication abilities;
• Experience in fashion sales, or open to mastering all aspects.

Aanbod

A competitive salary between €3000 and €4000 will be offered in accordance with your experience and knowledge. There are interesting secondary arrangements we will discuss with you in a personal interview.
