DevOps Engineer Utrecht

• You will be part of a self-organizing DevOps team, mainly focused on the technical aspects of the application, working on a global application to manage the FTP policy across all business units that require funding;
• You are a team player and help the teams to improve the BusDevOps way of working, taking ownership into the teams and sharing your knowledge;
• You are someone who wants to have excellent technical and analytical skills in relation to the technical components of the Treasury platform;
• You identify innovative solutions to solve complex problems;
• You closely follow the developments in your profession and incorporate these in the execution of your operations work;ou are a sparring partner for business, development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders.

The DevOps team brings talented people together to execute all change and run activities. You will be T-shaped along the way to help delivering value to the product. Knowledge sharing and mentoring are considered key in the team to help each other grow and continue learning while performing our duties.

• At least Azure Foundation (AZ-900) certified and hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services;
• Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and Splunk monitoring;
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line technical support (including on-call out-of-office-hours as part of a rotation scheme) for the production service; when escalated, resolve incidents and problems in area of expertise;
• Knowledge and experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Build and Continuous Deployment Practice, tools and trends;
• Be the main contact for ‘in control’ items, like disaster recovery, solving application vulnerabilities, maintaining the SLA and WIKI updates;
• Be able to maintain the various environments, scheduling and batch processes;
• Play an important role in release management and improving the release management process;
• Investigate, and propose solutions, on technical issues raised, including scripting;
• Facilitate knowledge handover to team members on technical components to remove single points of expertise and key person risk
• Based in the Netherlands.
