To become a software driven company, we have responsibilities towards our actual workforce to keep track of hypes and trends regarding modern high-level programming languages. Once we embrace trending development environment, we will become more attractive for talents. Delivering sustainable automated logistic solutions as world leader asks for geniuses. Why not ask these geniuses what they need to fulfill the job…

Working in a seamless operating software ecosystem unburden software engineers. This environment helps engineers to fully focus on their most important task: creating outstanding customer value.

To motivate our resources and being the attractive employer for new talents we need to understand the interests, challenges and persuasiveness of software engineers and exactly offer them what is required to develop extraordinary software.

For sure we understand specific ‘technical functional requirements’ that is applicable for real time software engineering in our domain. In a world of global scarcity of qualified developers we should pay as much attention to the non-functional requirements. Requirements that pays attention to the attractiveness of a development suite in order to understand which programming language and the related ecosystem is most wanted.

With this unique approach, we can motivate our workforce and secure new talents.

So after formalizing technical functional requirements and understand what software engineers sees as an attractive programming language, supported by a seamless operating software ecosystems, we can challenge  trendwatchers, preferred suppliers and academy’s/university’s globally. The outcome of this initiative should be an advise to Technology which programming language and accompanying software ecosystem ensures future readiness.

• Keeping track of hypes and trends in modern high-level programming languages
• Knowledge of the interests, challenges, and motivations of software engineers to offer what they need for extraordinary software development.
• Understanding the specific technical requirements for real-time software engineering in the domain.
• Considering the attractiveness of a development suite and identifying the most desired programming language and ecosystem.
