You will steer the reverse supply chain towards a more optimized inventory pool by setting up and improving processes together with several stakeholders. You will create inventory insights that enable optimal execution of the reverse supply chain processes and create monthly status overviews of reverse inventory. Based on analytical insights, you will drive the organization on various opportunities to reduce the amount of inefficient inventory around the world by enabling re-use opportunities.

Job Description

As a Reverse Supply Chain Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

The key job responsibilities are:

• Design & create tooling/reporting to support the reverse supply chain processes.

• Ensure data availability for execution of operational processes.

• Prepare monthly reverse inventory overviews and create actionable insights. Participate/drive cross sector initiatives to connect inventory reports and identify improvement opportunities.

• Analyze inventory data, including forecasts and trends, to support decision-making.

• Identify and resolve reverse supply chain bottlenecks.

• Use data-driven reports and visuals to convince stakeholders

Gevraagd

Education Relevant Master degree in the fields of inventory management, supply chain management and data analytics. For example: Operations Management & Logistics, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering. 

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant working experience in supply chain or inventory management

• Strong in stakeholder management and continuous improvement projects

• Experience with working with large data sets and modeling techniques

• Understanding of analytics and stochastic processes

• Familiar with process flow mapping

• Experience with Excel and Spotfire (programming skills are a plus)
