Are you ready to make a difference? At Upforce we are looking for a recruiter to strengthen our team. Why do you want to work at Upforce as a recruiter? Because you have a very important role in this position, namely making the best match between a candidate and a vacancy. An indispensable piece in our operation. That makes your work extremely valuable.

What are you going to do

As a recruiter, your mission is clear: you ensure that the wishes of the customer and flex worker match, so that the vacancy can be filled. You help us to remain visible and findable for new potential candidates. Together with the marketing team you come up with creative campaigns for this.

In addition to the above, you are responsible for various activities:

• Assessing applications and selecting (potential) candidates, including conducting intake interviews, checking references and preparing CVs.
  
• Carrying out proactive recruitment tasks, applying an active search by running recruitment campaigns and proactively approaching candidates.
  
• Matching and supervising the application procedure; introducing flex workers to the customer, informing the flex worker about the customer’s company, the type of work, the collective labor agreement, rewards and training options.
  
• Build and maintain a network, and maintain strong ties with (potential) flex workers.
  
• Supporting coordinators during arrivals by conducting intake interviews with candidates recruited by external parties.

We ask this of you

The colleague we are looking for has good communication skills. This means that you can listen attentively, ask good and targeted questions and you come across as friendly. You also take your own initiative and have a positive attitude. In addition:

• Are you in possession of the SEU diploma or willing to obtain it;
  
• Do you master the English language, spoken and written?
  
• Do you have experience in a similar role? This is an advantage!

Upforce is a leading supplier of international temporary workers for the Dutch market, always on the move. We specialize in sectors such as logistics, production, food, technology and administration. You will join a team of 50 colleagues, spread over different departments. The atmosphere is relaxed, partly because we work in a homely office with lots of greenery. Your colleagues’ doors are always open. In addition to your work, there is room for team outings to get to know your colleagues better.

• An appropriate salary depending on the knowledge and experience you bring with you. Where a starting salary applies from €2400 based on: 40 hours a week;
