Functie-inhoud:

Jouw taak is het coördineren van de door Topkracht ter beschikking gestelde flexibele warehousemedewerkers zowel in administratieve en operationele zin. Daarnaast heb je de gave om nieuwe, veelal buitenlandse, kandidaten, te recruiteren, die passen in het profiel van de vacatures. Door het behouden van een nauw contact met onze kandidaten creëer je een vertrouwensband waardoor een top team ten behoeve van onze opdrachtgever kan worden opgebouwd. Tevens bezit je het meedenkende en commerciële vermogen om dit account uit te breiden en de kwaliteit van onze diensten naar een hoger niveau te brengen.
