Join our team as a QESH Engineer, where you’ll be at the forefront of quality, environmental, safety, and health management. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, implementing countermeasures, and ensuring adherence to QESH policies for a secure working environment. As the primary contact for QESH matters with customers and suppliers, you’ll also serve as the management representative for the QESH system. Reporting to the COO, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our commitment to excellence.
- Enhance and optimize ISO certified quality and environmental management systems.
- Conduct regular reviews, audits, and refine work procedures.
- Establish effective procedures for ensuring product quality.
- Align working procedures with actual practices.
- Ensure compliance with local rules, laws, and industry standards.
- Promote employee awareness and provide safety, health, and environmental training.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for health, safety, and new chemicals.
- Implement sustainability policies, including energy saving and waste reduction, with a goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.
- Facilitate continuous improvements through the Kaizen philosophy.
Gevraagd
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering required.
- Some experience with QESH issues and management systems.
- 5 years of experience in machine manufacturing.
- Pragmatic, accurate, and structured approach desired.
- Knowledge of chemistry is essential.
- Occasional travel required, mainly to Switzerland.
