For our client in Venlo, we are looking for a Machine Operator. Do you have eye for detail, collaborative attitude and technical skills? Then we are looking for you!

Job description

As a Machine Operator you will be ensuring efficient and effective use of machines in such a way that production runs optimally and according to the order.

You will process raw materials into end products by:

• Starting up and installing the packaging machine to process the products;
  
• Providing production with the right products and materials for processing;
  
• Distributing the work and materials to the machine;
  
• Identifying and reporting malfunctions to the head of production;
  
• Registering and solving malfunctions;
  
• Monitoring, recording and checking the CCP and the checkweigher;
  
• Monitoring, recording and controlling the quality and quantity of the produced end products based on production lists and control forms (temperature, coding, general quality);
  
• Blocking end products, if necessary in consultation with head of production and/or head of quality assurance;
  
• Ensure correct registration of all incoming and outgoing products & packaging materials using the scanning system;
  
• Coordinating the cleaning of the production lines and space;
  
• Where necessary, provide support with the work to be carried out;
  
• Carrying out all duties assigned by the head of production.

Job requirements – Who are you?

To suit this role you must:

• Do you have experience operating process equipment in food technology;
  
• Do you have knowledge of HACCP;
  
• Do you have a good command of the English, German or Dutch language;
  
• Do you have a collaborative attitude?
  
• Have an eye for detail;
  
• Can handle physically demanding and repetitive work.
