HR Test specialist Zwaagdijk-Oost

The HR Test specialist is part of the HRIS Test Team within the HRIS Development department and reports directly to the Change Coordinator. The overall focus of our test team is - to test the new developments in our evolving HR processes and HR applications landscape - to enhance and develop a standard (test) approach and find alignment with other areas. Within these areas you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our HR applications. 

Responsibilities:

• Conducting testing of HR systems to identify defects and areas for improvement
• Writing and executing test cases based on business requirements and specifications
• Collaborating with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Documenting and reporting bugs, errors and other issues encountered during testing
• Assisting in the development of test automation
• Enhance our standard (test) approach

Action is expanding rapidly, and this requires for the HRIS development team to respond adequately. HRIS Development is part of HR. Action has a ‘Center of Excellence’ for HR services, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, HR Projects, Processes and Systems and a 
HR Business Partners team.

• 2-5 years of working experience
• Affinity with HR technology, preferably with SuccessFactors, Kronos and EC payroll or SAP HCM
• Being able to adapt and to work efficiently in a fast-moving international working environment
• Being organised and structured
• Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in English
