For our client, an international company in Venraywe have an exciting opportunity for a

Customer Service Representative....with strong analytical skills.

This position is in the 'Control Tower', a centralized hub containing a number of disciplines that manage the end-to-end supply chain management for customers. The international transport flows and stock movements for customers are efficiently managed in various result areas.

You are the central point of contact for the customer, end customer, carriers and you ensure a good relationship by providing accurate and timely information about current shipments. The contact usually takes place via our Customer Relationship Management system and e-mail, in addition to required verbal communication. We work in small teams.

What will you be doing?

• Resolving and archiving incoming complaints;
• You prepare and participate in weekly and monthly reviews with customers and carriers;
• You are able to solve complex and ad hoc issues independently and quickly;
• You initiate corrective actions in case of progress problems and/or complaints;
• You take care of the handling and registration of deviations, returns, claims;
• You contribute to process improvements;
• You make progress reports.

• You have an MBO+/HBO work and thinking level;
• Experience in international CS / Sales Support environment is an advantage;
• Experience with different transport modalities (road, air, ocean, parcel) is an advantage;
• A service-oriented, proactive and flexible attitude;
• Good communication skills in English;
• You are preferably available full-time
