Are you looking for a nice challenging, administrative position in complaint handling, but do not want to function as a customer service/call centre employee? Then this is the position for you. Our client specialises in dental products and is a warehouse that ships these products to 90 countries all over the world.Over de functie
You will work in the department that collects relevant data that leads to the improvement to meet customer needs. You are primarily responsible for the physical receipt of product complaints. You ensure that you record everything from receipt in SAP (warehouse system), sorting the product complaints and contaminating those that require further investigation. Furthermore, your work consists of evaluating and reporting product complaints and forwarding product complaints to suppliers.
In short: you evaluate complaints, sort complaints, sterilise products, report events to the relevant authorities, request information from customer service (internal) if necessary, conduct investigations to confirm the complaint, determine scope and find the root cause, share results with stakeholders, manage your own tasks and maintain quality standards.

Wat wij vragen
- HBO thinking and working level;
- Experience in a quality or return department in medical devices and/or another regulated industry;
- Experience in product quality assessment is an advantage;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- You have experience with quality processes;
- You are detailed in your work;
- Microsoft Office experience;
- Experience of SAP & Oracle is a plus;
- You are available immediately.

- Working hours are flexible, starting between 07.00 - 09.00, at the beginning you will work from 07.00 - 16.00;
- A gross salary of €16.70 per hour;
- Working for an employer where you get the chance to develop yourself;
- If suitable, chance of long-term employment;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, with no minimum!
