Customer service representative | Senior | Consumer Goods | German, English and Dutch | 40 hours | 1049469Your new roleAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of our business, making it a dynamic position. What you can expect:
- Client Contact: Expect a lot of B2B interaction with the clients. Whether it’s answering queries, resolving issues, or providing product information.
- Backoffice Processes: You’ll be the backbone of the operations, handling essential administrative tasks that keep everything running seamlessly. From data entry to documentation.
- Supporting Key Account Managers: Our key account managers rely on your expertise. You’ll assist them with managing client relationships, addressing enquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your ability to collaborate with the team will be crucial.
- Order Processing: Accuracy matters! You’ll process orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and a positive experience for our customers.
Your profile
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for the company, ensuring exceptional service delivery to their clients. You will need to be fluent in German, English and preferably also in Dutch. You have a proactive approach, whilst anticipating the clients' needs.
You’ve spent at least 3+ years in a customer service or sales support role. Understanding B2B dynamics is second nature to you. You can handle client interactions with grace and professionalism. Independence is key—you take ownership of tasks and follow through diligently. You’ll thrive in shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and unexpected challenges.
