As part of our Customer Service Team in Breda (in the south of the Netherlands), you will handle return requests and have daily phone contact with consumers in France and Belgium. Looking for a part-time role (starting from 16 hours a week) with flexible working hours?

Your role as Customer Service France
For this role, it's important that you speak and write Frence fluently and that you understand the culture and habits in France and Belgium. As part of our Consumer Happiness Team, you will be the one checking requests from consumers to see if they match the return policy of our partners. You will call consumers to ask how their experience on our platform was, dive a bit deeper into their question, and make sure you really understand what they need. Asking the right question at the right time, that’s your superpower. You work accurately, can plan your tasks well, and you are not afraid to make clear decisions. You decide whether a lead meets the return criteria or not. Since you’re in close contact with consumers, you will also be an important link between our marketing and sales teams.

- You live near Breda, within a maximum distance of approximately 20 km;
- 100% grasp of the Frence language (native spoken and written);
- You enjoy having contact with consumers;
- You can prioritize well;
- You are confident in making phone calls;
- You are proactive, independent, decisive and a problem solver.
