What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative at Cordstrap, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to all customers in Germany. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience while collaborating with internal teams to address orders, product inquiries, and financial matters.

Your key responsibilities are:

Act as the first point of contact for customers in Germany, ensuring a positive experience;
Manage incoming orders and calls, accurately recording interactions in the CRM system;
Serve as the primary contact for product and sales information;
Achieve KPIs and identify root causes of customer issues;
Initiate and lead improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

In this role you will report to the Customer Service Team Leader for the designated market.

You are customer-focused, have a strong understanding of your customers’ needs, and excel at prioritizing and problem-solving. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration, are eager to learn, and have a can-do attitude.

In addition, you possess:

A completed Mbo or Hbo Bachelor;
Internship and/or work experience in a similar role is a plus;
Strong organizational skills;
Fluent command of German and English;
Full-time availability.
