The Team
You are part of a Dynamic team who take ownership, go the extra mile, and believe fun in business is essential. Based mainly in Rotterdam, the team operates globally and works closely with colleagues around the world.

 

The Role

As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the key contact for customers, managing the entire process from order to invoice. You build strong relationships, translate needs into smart logistics solutions, and act as the vital link between customers and internal teams. By ensuring seamless operations, monitoring performance, and driving improvements and upsell opportunities, you boost both customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Take ownership of customer orders from initial request through to invoicing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage;

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with our customers, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to maintain and enhance our partnerships;

  • Act as the key link between customers and internal teams, driving operational excellence and securing seamless service delivery;

  • Monitor costs, margins, and documentation to ensure accurate and timely billing processes;

  • Be proactive in driving improvements and exploring upsell opportunities within existing accounts to support our continued growth.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree (HBO) and at least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a dynamic international logistics environment;

  • Knowledge of international logistics and customs (import/export) processes is a strong plus;

  • A precise, analytical, and solution-driven mindset, combined with commercial awareness and decisiveness;

  • A strong drive for personal growth, flexibility, and continuous learning;

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is a valuable asset.
