We are looking for a curious and creative Technical Recruiter intern, with a thirst for knowledge, to join our team.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with our core team to source, engage, and guide top-tier technical specialists. You’ll get hands-on experience across the entire talent sourcing lifecycle:

• Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Identify and map out high-caliber talent (engineers, specialists, domain experts) using LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized platforms, and modern recruitment tools.

• Candidate Outreach: Craft personalized, engaging outreach messages that resonate with highly sought-after technical professionals.

• Screening & Qualification: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, career aspirations, and cultural fit.

• Market Insights: Research emerging trends across high-tech industries (e.g., aerospace, semiconductors, robotics) to refine talent strategies.

• Candidate Management: Assist with candidate tracking, communication, and interview scheduling, ensuring a flawless candidate experience.

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.

• Tech-Savvy & Curious: A strong interest in technology, innovation, and understanding how complex engineering teams function.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English skills (Dutch or other European languages are a plus!).

• Proactive Mindset: You are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic environment.

• People Person: Strong interpersonal skills with an authentic approach to building relationships.

• Hands-on Experience: Direct mentorship and real responsibility from Day 1—you won't just be making coffee, you'll be hiring talent.
