Do you ensure a smoothly running production process?
Are you an experienced operator who enjoys taking responsibility for your line? Do you love technology, quality, and a smoothly running production process? Then we are looking for you.
At SanoRice, as an operator, you will be responsible for a production line within our modern production environment. You will set up machines, monitor the process, troubleshoot, and ensure that our rice and corn wafers are produced safely, efficiently, and according to specifications.

What do we offer you?

• A starting salary between €18.35 and €21.00 per hour, with an average shift allowance of 20% added on top. Additionally, as of January 1, 2027, you will receive a 3% salary increase in accordance with the Confectionery Collective Labour Agreement. You will work in a 3-shift system:

• • 06:00 to 14:00
  • 14:00 to 22:00
  • 22:00 to 06:00 (the night shift starts on Sunday evening);
• You start through Randstad and get to know our company well. Are we both enthusiastic? Then you make the switch to SanoRice with the prospect of a permanent contract for an indefinite period;
• Opportunities for advancement to independent operator;
• A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer (5 and 30 kilometers one-way).

You support the production process and learn to carry out increasing responsibilities independently.

What are you going to do? 30% - Setting up, starting up, and changing over production lines 25% - Monitoring the production process, quality, and output 20% - Resolving first-line malfunctions and adjusting machines 10% - Recording production data and reports 10% - Training and mentoring colleagues 5% - Contribute to improvement projects in the areas of quality, safety, and efficiency

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who likes to roll up their sleeves and thrives in a dynamic production environment. You have an affinity for technology, work accurately, and take responsibility for your line and product quality.

In addition, you have:

• Minimum MBO-2 working and thinking level;
• Experience as an operator within a production environment;
• Technical insight and problem-solving ability;
• Willingness to work in shifts;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language;
• Experience within the food industry is a plus;
• You work independently and accurately, and take responsibility.
