Operator

In this role, you will work at the beginning of the production process, in the mixing department. You will ensure that products are prepared according to the correct recipes and seasoned properly. Accuracy is important, as you will need to follow recipes carefully and check that everything meets the required standards. Do you have experience in production, for example as a production worker or butcher, and do you have a good technical understanding? Then this could be a great next step for you, even if you have limited experience as an operator. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working at the beginning of the production process, in the mixing department;
• Learning to work with recipes and following them accurately;
• Following HACCP guidelines to ensure food safety;
• Working in a 3-shift system;
• Working with different types of processed meat;
• Working together with colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly;
• Being responsible for ensuring that the initial product is prepared correctly and meets the required recipe and quality standards;
• Working in a brand-new factory.

• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system;
• You enjoy working as part of a team;
• You have experience in production or food processing. Experience as a butcher, production worker or working with machines is a good starting point;
• You are physically fit and able to perform physical work;
• You have technical understanding and can follow instructions and recipes accurately;
• You are eager to learn and willing to develop your skills and learn how to work with new machines.

• A gross monthly salary of €2.758,78 to €3.286,04, based on a 37.7-hour working week, excluding an 18.5% shift allowance and 5.19% ADV compensation;
• A position as an operator in a 3-shift system;
• Working days starting on Sunday night and finishing on Friday morning;
• Working hours: Sunday night through Thursday night. Shift 1: 22:00-06:00, shift 2: 06:00-14:00, shift 3: 14:00-22:00;
• Working at a modern production facility equipped with the latest technology;
• Employment under the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) for Convenience Foods;
