New Product Coordinator

From idea to successful product. You play a key role in that!
At SanoRice, we are looking for two New Product Coordinators who thrive on organizing, collaborating, and maintaining an overview. You will work on products found in supermarkets all over the world and guide new products and packaging from idea to successful introduction.
In this role, you are the connecting factor between the customer, product, and production. You monitor project progress, coordinate with all involved parties, and ensure that new products are introduced on time and as expected.
No two days are the same. One moment you are consulting with a client about a new product launch, the next you are coordinating with colleagues regarding specifications, packaging, or schedules. Thanks to your overview and coordination, projects run smoothly, and all parties involved know what needs to be done and when.

Your team
You will join the New Product Coordination (NPC) Team, an enthusiastic team where collaboration is key. You will be given a lot of responsibility, but you will never be alone.
In addition, this position offers a unique role within the organization. You collaborate with virtually all departments, allowing you to quickly build a large internal network. This makes the work varied, educational, and challenging.
You report directly to the Team Lead New Product Coordination.

What do we offer you?
In addition to a challenging position within an ambitious production environment, you can count on:

• A salary between €3,300 and €4,200 gross per month based on 36 hours per week, depending on your knowledge and experience. Moreover, you will benefit from a collective salary increase of 3% as of January 1, 2027;
• A one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
• 25 vacation days and the option to purchase up to 10 additional days;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• A pension scheme where SanoRice pays two-thirds of the premium;

Wat is jouw rol?

As a New Product Coordinator, you guide new products and packaging from idea to successful introduction. You maintain an overview, monitor the schedule, and ensure that all involved parties take the right actions at the right time. Thanks to your coordination, projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Specifically, you will be involved with:

• Coordinating new product and packaging projects;
• Aligning with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
• Drafting, monitoring, and adjusting project schedules;
• Checking product specifications, labeling, and product data;
• Assessing customer requirements for technical and operational feasibility;
• Identifying risks and bottlenecks and responding proactively to them;
• Guiding product introductions and initial production runs;
• Setting up and maintaining administrative systems for new products.

You are involved throughout the entire process: from the initial customer request to the final introduction on the production line. As a result, you collaborate with various departments on a daily basis and have a direct influence on the success of new products.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic coordinator who thrives on arranging, organizing, and collaborating. Someone who maintains an overview, switches easily between different stakeholders, and ensures that projects are successfully completed.
In addition, you have:

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Experience with project management or project coordination;
• Affinity with production environments and food products;
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
• Experience within the food industry is a plus;
• Strong communication skills;
• A proactive and independent work attitude;
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities;
• Accuracy without losing the overview.
