In a small restaurant, the Asian cuisine specialty chef is also the deputy chef in an emergency. 6. Good knowledge of Oriental ingredients and their use in Asian cuisine. 7. Cleaning the own working environment, kitchen equipment and machines and assisting any kitchen helper with the complete cleaning of the kitchen. 8. A good team player who is flexible and has good communication skills. 9. Learning tasks that can partly take over the work of the sous chef / all-round chef in the event of illness or holiday.
