Join Our Team: Pilates Reformer Group Class Instructor
At Next Level AMS Boutique Personal Training, we're seeking a dedicated Pilates Reformer Instructor to enhance our thriving studio atmosphere and uphold the culture that makes our space unique. Since our establishment in 2015, we've created an elite environment where top-tier fitness professionals can excel without the burdens of marketing, space rental, and client acquisition. We handle the peripheral so you can focus on what you do best – guiding clients through their fitness journey.
Your New Role:
You'll play a dual part in our studio, not only providing personalized training to individuals and pairs but also leading and inspiring our small group Pilates reformer classes, accommodating up to 4 participants. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and updating client profiles to track and showcase their development, crafting long-term, adaptable training plans, and tailoring sessions to meet individual health considerations and goals.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Certified with a Pilates reformer diploma
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for client engagement
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Qualifications for group instruction, particularly in Pilates reformer, are highly valued
• Prior experience in personal training and Pilates reformer instruction is preferred
